Amazing service from Peak Roofing. From the initial contact, to discussing the project (a metal roof), to the estimate, everything was communicated clearly and professionally. Jim did a great job managing this relatively small project. The work was done in a timely manner and the workmanship was great. Site cleanup and then the walk through at the end was professional and thorough. Peak roofing would not leave unless I was satisfied, which I was. Jim from Peak Quality Roofing recently helped me with a some roofing inspection, providing aerial footage via drone, to identify a blockage in our stack vent. He was incredibly responsive and clear with what he and his team could do. Service was prompt and as expected. He provided initial information as well as additional steps he and his team could offer. Jim and his crew did were presented with a somewhat challenging project. Our roof is very large, tall, and the building is very close to neighbors. They did a great job planning on how to go about the job. They kept my neighbors happy, and the final result looks great. The other challenging aspect to our roof was we wanted to side 4 dormers. I'm sure Jim and crew will always remember me as the "crazy dormer guy" because I had such anxiety over the way I wanted them to look. (It's a older historic building so i wanted them to look right) Jim researched an eco friendly material, EcoStar (slate-like), that we ultimately went with. The other challenge was the weather as it was getting colder out while we waited for the material. Jim's patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated as we navigated getting everything to look right. We couldn't be happier with the end result. My gut told me Jim was a fair, honest guy and in the end my gut did not prove me wrong. I would highly recommend Peak Quality Roofing!

Peak Quality Roofing did great work fixing our roof's ridge vent in Melrose. They were easy to work with, honest, got the work done within the week we contacted them, and the quality of the work was solid.

We were looking for a company to take care of ice dams that developed after 2 feet plus of snow (see photos). Peak answered right away and was able to schedule the job quickly. Communication was very good. They did a thorough job, including removing all the snow on the roof and icicles attached to the side of the house. Compared to a couple other places we contacted, Peak gave us a great price. Would definitely call on them again if we have any roofing issues.

Great company! My chimney needed flashing and some repairs and Peak Quality was the best choice! They are very communicative and punctual. They are very professional and get the job done. Peak used a drone to assess the damage and I got a full breakdown of what needed to be repaired, how long and how much it’ll be.
